How and when to take Whey Protein Concentrate?
To benefit from the effects of Sprintade® Whey Protein Concentrate we recommend Mixing a portion equal to 28 g, i.e. 2 full tablespoons, in 250 ml of water with the help of a shaker. On training days, consume one serving within 45 minutes after training and another between meals. On rest days, consume one portion in the morning and another in the evening.
